Sir, – I note from Independent TD Danny Healy-Rae’s, splutter in the Dáil chambers his assumption that all weather systems are an act of God.
I wonder if his spiritual conviction would cover the proposed rights of citizens to obtain compensation due to recent flooding as a mortal sin?
