Sir, - Any possibility that The Irish Times could reintroduce a real radio column? The present substitute a meandering meditation by John Waters only loosely connected with radio or real it is a total turnoff for regular readers with an interest in the airwaves.
Would someone (please!) tell the Editor that he misheard suggestions of a summer Waters shortage in your newspaper. The man's established centre page weekly torrent is heavy going, but do you really have to let him drown out a week's radio broadcasting as well? Yours, etc.,
