Sir, - I am sorry, and not a little surprised, that Mark Patrick Hederman had difficulty getting a copy of Desmond Fennell's pamphlet through the public library service (April 15th). In a very brief search using the Internet, I located several copies in public libraries located throughout the country.
Although the item may not be in stock in every library, it is available to users of every library through the excellent inter-library loan system. Any of your readers who do wish to read Mr Fennell's pamphlet, or any other out-of-print work ("ephemerabilia" or otherwise), should ask at their public library, where they can be confident of getting a helpful and efficient service. - Yours, etc.,
