Sir, – Isn’t there an irony in the fact that mobile communications providers don’t want to communicate with their customers?
I spent nearly an hour the other morning trying to contact one of these providers with a view to changing my address on their database. I found myself locked inside an eternally recurring loop. I was forced to listen to the same recorded voice drone on, demanding that I “press one of the following options” when not one of them was what I wanted.
Eventually the computer got frustrated, and hung up on me! All I wanted was to speak to a customer service agent! Hilarious, I thought. Silly me for trying to communicate with a communications company. – Yours, etc,
