Madam, - In his article "Lower fares have hidden costs for air travellers", Emmet Oliver quotes Ryanair as stating that its fares are non-refundable and that taxes and charges are part of the fare.
How, then, does the airline justify its policy of advertising all of its fares as "excluding taxes and charges"? Surely Michael O'Leary would not condone misleading advertising?- Yours, etc.,
