Madam, - How ironic it is that while such trouble has been taken to erase the shadow and spectre of high rise living in the form of the Ballymun flats, and even while the same are being demolished, even higher high-rises are proposed (some even approved) for Kilmainham, South Circular Road, Donnybrook and other parts of Dublin with scant consideration for either the Dublin skyline or the environs. Nor has any consideration been given to the unacceptable precedents that would be set from permitting such undesirable developments. - Yours, etc.,
