Sir, - What a marvellous job the Government's PR handlers have done in teaching Mary Hanafin and Micheal Martin how to throw their hands up in feigned horror at the plight of homeless rape victims in Dublin. If this whole sad state of affairs is really a "systems failure", as I have heard both our elected representatives coincidentally declare on RTE recently, then have they not considered that those with responsibility for the system (i.e., Ms Hanafin and Mr Martin) should be fired? - Yours, etc.,
