Madam, - I know we've been down this track before, but once again I beseech Iarnród Éireann to desist from using those fatuous euphemisms "the late arrival of an incoming train" or "operational problems at Bray" almost every time a Dart train is delayed.
When commuters hear these asinine utterances coming over the
loudspeaker they are neither placated nor hoodwinked; they know
only too well that such terms are just Dartspeak for yet another
cock-up. - Yours, etc,
