Madam, - The pursuit of Judge Curtin is legally and morally flawed. Legally, because he has been tried already and the Supreme Court will tell the Dáil to mind its own business in due course. Morally, because hunting any individual has no place in civilised society and anyway redemption should always be made possible.
This morbid need for revenge on our behalf is wrong. Settle the case and let's get on with it before this Government creates a situation we shall be ashamed of in the future. - Yours, etc.,
