Sir, - I noted with interest your supplement on the Eastern Health Board (October 29th).
Almost 100 per cent of patients' problems present at GP level and 90 per cent of problems are resolved at that level. The patient is at the centre of the system of provision of services.
Your eight-page feature made no direct reference to general practice at all. Balanced presentation? - Yours, etc.,
