Madam, - I read in Medicine Weekly (July 19th) that a bulletin sent to the staff of the HSE by e-mail from "internal comms" included a job description for the newly created position of Head of Process and Operations which states that this will "involve executive leadership of cross-pillar operational and process change, sponsorship of process developing projects and the cascading of process excellence throughout the HSE".

Am I unusually simple or this just another example of administrative gobbledegook?

What is cross-pillar change? Or a cascading of process excellence?

Methinks that perhaps it is time that ordinary people realise that the the Emperor of the HSE has really got no clothes. - Yours, etc,
