Enda’s uncle, John Kenny, owned the most renowned pub in Mayo, Kenny’s on Mains Street, Castlebar. As a one-time customer, I do remember Enda as a young student teacher, with his flowing locks and modern get-up of the times, and him serving behind the bar. – Is mise,
