Sir, - Tony Blair plans to make a campaigning visit to Northern Ireland in support of the Good Friday Agreement.
He will be welcome - but more so if he were to end the discrimination against local supporters who wish to join and vote for the British Labour Party. Such an attitude ill-befits an apostle of New Labour.
On most subjects mR Blair is decidedly radical; but on the issue of party membership for his Northern Ireland colleagues he is sadly `NIMBY" in response. - Yours, etc.,
