Madam, - It was refreshing to see real debate at the Labour Party conference last weekend. Ironically, to see democracy in action is an all too rare event in Irish political party life.
Can an electorate have confidence in political parties which themselves do not apply democratic principles to their internal debates? - Yours, etc,
