Madam, - I welcome the excellent suggestion by Frank McNally (An Irishman's Diary, June 16th) that, when the tribunals are over, a space should be set aside in Dublin Castle yard in tribute to the many witnesses who had great difficulty in recalling the details of their financial affairs.
