Sir, - The headline "US firm to create up to 3,000 jobs in Dublin" (July 24th) makes me wonder what this will do to Dublin traffic congestion and house prices, and what it won't do to help revitalize rural areas around the country.
How many towns around the country, in need of investment, could be transformed by a project like this? Why should we cram it into Dublin, which is already bursting at the seams? - Yours, etc.,
Paul Madden, Monksland, Athlone, Co Westmeath.
