A chara, - I wish to call your attention to an extraordinary omission from the editions of May 13th and 15th. Every page has been thoroughly examined for a trace of this usual feature, without success.
This non-sighting is as notable and worthy of comment in the letters page as that provoked each year by the advent of less consummate attention-seekers, such as corncrakes, cuckoos and swallows.
What did I not spot? Not one single, solitary photograph of Taoiseach Bertie, that's what!
