Sir, - I have one question to put to the murderers of the innocent people in Omagh on Saturday afternoon: just what did you achieve by your deed? There can be only one answer: murder, destruction, untold sorrow and despair. Are you happy with your mass slaughter and maimings and devastation? Or proud that your youngest victim was only 18 months old? Face it: Your abominable act will do absolutely nothing to convince people, North and South, rightly sickened and appalled by the 30 years of chaos that you have wrought, of the worthiness of your fascistic intentions.
