Madam, - The Presidents website says today (Dec 10th), "President meets with the Queen".
If our president met George Bush would the site say "President meets with the President"?
Does Her Majesty's website say "Queen meets with the President"?
As far as I know, only UK citizens would say "The Queen". Ireland doesn't have a queen, or a king.
