Madam, - I see that the Fianna Fáil general secretary can, upon receiving information which establishes "a possible prima- facie case of conduct unbecoming a party member", suspend that member from the party on a "without prejudice" basis.
Would he act in such a way if the party treasurer was to sign blank cheques, payable to cash, for many multiples of tens of thousands of euro?
