BERNARD BROWNE,
Sir, - I am trying to locate a memorial plaque to James Napper Tandy, United Irishman, which was unveiled in the Cornmarket area of Dublin on August 15th, 1900. The plaque was removed and never reinstated. A copy of the inscription or a photograph of the plaque is urgently required for a book relating to the nearly 700 1798 rebellion memorials around the world which is about to go to print. - Yours, etc.,
BERNARD BROWNE,
Old Ross,
