Sir, - I, like most of your readers, must have taken some stock of the recently widely publicised "National Coming Out Day". In the interests of balance I would like to suggest for the forthcoming winter a "National Staying in Day". I was thinking of around January 15th, 1999, when the odds are that it will be fairly inclement. Everyone is invited to stay at home and watch TV for the day.
