Madam, - Minister for Transport Martin Cullen has said his decision about the new airport terminal will be "driven by one issue. . .It's what's best for Irish aviation, best for the customers, and best for the employees. . ." (The Irish Times, March 22nd).

Madam, - Three times recently I have been waiting more than 30 minutes for a taxi at Dublin Airport, though there were many taxis available in the holding pen. If Aer Rianta does not have the competence to manage a taxi queue effectively and efficiently, what confidence could we have in it managing a second terminal? - Yours etc.,
