Sir, - Who won the recent Nice referendum? The Don't Knows won because they were in the majority. Maybe they should be given a second chance when they do know.
The No campaign posters, of which there were many, told us: "You will lose...power, money, freedom". If we share these things with countries which have little or none, we may gain peace, joy, tranquility.
