Sir, As I am not a member of (a) the INTO, (b) the ASTI or (c) the TUI, nor am I in any way a teacher, I feel quite free to voice my opinion.
All I would like to say is that if some of those oh so vocal parents would put common manners on their darling little Nintendo educated brats, perhaps the teachers of Ireland could get on with their jobs.
After all, education begins in the home doesn't it? Yours, etc., Greenlands, Rosses Point, Co Sligo.
PS Good manners are also taught in the home aren't they?
