Sir, - As a Antrim man, I have always taken a keen interest in my county, its people and welfare. Consequently, I have supported industry and local produce from that part of Ireland. I was surprised and dismayed, therefore, to read in your paper on September 23rd that the loyalist population of Bushmills now objects to Catholics going to their place of worship in this village.
If they are so strongly opposed to the presence of Catholics and their church in the village, I am sure they will object equally as strongly to Catholics everywhere throughout the world drinking their whiskey.
