Sir, – So, the Taoiseach found no records in his department of the bank guarantee in September 2008 (Home News, June 13th). Likewise Paddy McEntee SC was unable in his long report to the Oireachtas in 2007 to find key documents in the investigation of the bombings of May 17th, 1974.
