Madam, – Last Thursday evening, I and approximately 12 (might have been more) others had our cars clamped on Dublin’s Jervis Street. Seemingly this is a “clear way” in the evenings even though it is included in the map as a free zone.
So my free parking cost me €80. In future I will be shopping elsewhere. – Yours, etc,
