Sir, - You often claim lack of space as the reason for the omission of some worthwhile and interesting features (including letters), yet in your issue of November 13th you publish seven photographs of politicians. Two of these, coveing 120 square inches, are of Mary Harney. Another, of Liz O'Donnell, covers 54 square inches.
Surely we all know the features of our over-exposed politicians. Do we have to look at them again? I never listen to, nor read, anything they have to say. As a group, I have almost no regard for any of them and would appreciate not having them served up day after day. - Yours, etc.,
Dermot C. Clarke, Wilson Road, Mount Merrion, Co Dublin.
