Sir, - I find it rather strange to live in a country where booming tax revenues will generate up to £400 million more for the exchequer than the Government had budgeted for, and at the same time we have children with disabilities without services. Every time the families request the back up resources we are told the money is not there. Perhaps some one from the Government might explain. - Yours etc.,
