Madam, - Much as I admire Tom Humphries's writing, I feel he may be a little delusional in his assertion (Sports, February 5th) that "there is no thrill like seeing a Dublin team bounding out into Croker in front of a full house".
Does he really believe that fans of the other 31 counties, when seeing their beloved teams bounding out in Croker, are thinking deep down: "Gee, if only this were Dublin, now that would be a real thrill"? I think not. - Yours, etc,
KEN WALSH, Ballincollig, Co Cork.
