Sir, - Am I the only person who is tired of seeing on television numerous pictures of the exterior of the Church of the Ascension, Drumcree, and never one of the interior? As with a book, so with a church building, one cannot make a judgment on it based on external appearance.
The television companies should get together and arrange to transmit next year's service. The rector has said repeatedly that the service is open to all comers and, if he means what he says, this must include television crews and viewers. - Yours, etc.,
