Sir, – It appears that large stocks of Covid-19 vaccines will be out of date at the end of October and may have to be discarded as they will not have been administered by then.
I am waiting for my third dose and have no problem receiving a slightly out-of-date vaccine in November rather than see it discarded. I regularly eat food that is a little out of date and have survived long enough to write this letter.
Can I please ask the HSE to give me the vaccine at my own risk before discarding it?
