Sir, – Jennifer O'Connell's article "Keep calm and stockpile," (August 1st) made me chuckle. It's just a pity that she thought Gorgonzola came from France, when it is so obviously Italian, and that she referred to "Buttermilk sour milk" as if buttermilk were a brand name. Maybe she too was snoozing in the back of the home economics class? – Yours, etc,
