Madam, - I was delighted to read in your Health Supplement of May 18th that Minister of State Tim O'Malley would introduce equal access for all patients to all health services if he became Minister for Health.
Does that mean that it is now Progressive Democrat policy to put an end to this State's two-tier health system? - Yours, etc.,
