Madam, - Congratulations again to Kevin Myers (An Irishman's Diary, January 26th) for once again telling it how it is and getting straight to the heart of the matter as regards the Roman Catholic Church's rules for its priests.
The blatant breaking of solemn vows has wider implications, as it seems to inform the way our Government also operates. The attitude in both cases is: "Don't do as we do, but what we tell you". Laws and rules are only for the little people.
Another strong argument for the separation of church and state. - Yours, etc,
