Madam, - Mark Melia (Letters, August 21st) didn't need to go to the Slane concert to see buses sitting idle, with engines running, producing pointless emissions.
This is a daily occurrence in Dublin city, especially in Parnell Square, as this commuter knows only too well. - Yours, etc,
