Sir, Monica Barber's (letters, April 17th) definition of "righteous indignation" would appear to differ from most people's. Fr O'Hanlon's letter was gratuitously offensive and insulting.
If Fr O'Hanlon is representative of those helping to lead the Catholic Church into the 21st century, and Ms Barber representative of those following, the Church is in even more trouble than I had realised. Yours, etc.,
