Madam, - Dr Rory Miller's recent piece on Iran's nuclear plants is very disturbing (The Irish Times, April 11th). He writes that many Middle Eastern countries would "be relieved" if the US bombed these facilities. I shudder at the thought of the death and destruction that would follow such an illegal action.
Dr Miller would be better off explaining how the international community might help Iran with a peaceful nuclear programme under IAEA supervision. - Yours, etc,
