Sir, – It’s not a very new trend but it has been creeping up on us. The concept of constructing a way of saying something, but saying it in a question mode. Then answering that question with a yes or no, even though you weren’t asked this question in the first place. This is a ploy often used by politicians when confronted by an interviewer who asks a pretty straightforward question. If you are asking if this annoys me, yes it does. – Yours, etc,
