RADIO RAMBLERS

Sir, - Billy O'Neill and his band Radio Ramblers played on 2RN, theold pre-war Radio Eireann, during the 1930s. The band comprised ProfTom Geraghty on piano, Tommy Davison on violin, Dick Skehan on violin,Hugh Maher on uileann pipes, Frank Nevin on saxophone, and JoeO'Connor, percussionist. Billy played the accordeon.
