He will also be remembered by millions of Latin Americans who endured unspeakable torture and/or poverty as a result of his campaigns against left-wing governments in El Salvador and Nicaragua., There is a stunning lack of proportion to your paper's account of these realities in the mass of columns you have devoted to Reagan's political life. - Yours etc.,
