Sir, - I refer to Dr William Reville's column of July 26th, entitled "Paranormal customs are unhealthy".
Believing in the supernatural aspect of Christianity is not a reasonable thing, though it may be a good thing. One cannot apply scientific principles to religion, no more than one can apply religious principles to science.
