Sir, - Over the past few years I have recycled beverage cans and glass at sites in Dunshaughlin, Ashbourne, Dunboyne (two sites) and Maynooth. In recent months all five facilities have been removed. I have not seen any notice to say whether the removal of a particular facility was permanent or temporary - or an indication of the nearest alternative.
Please note that the first four of these sites are within the constituency of the Minister for the Environment.
