Referendum on age and the presidency

A chara, – If the majority of people at some point in the future want to elect a person who is under 35 to be president then nothing in the Constitution should stop them from doing so. To block young people from running to be our nation’s first citizen is undemocratic, ageist and has no obvious purpose. If you don’t want someone under 35 to be president don’t vote for them, but at least allow them to put their case to the people. – Is mise,
