Referendum on judges' pay

Madam, – Under our Constitution there is a separation of powers

Madam, – Under our Constitution there is a separation of powers. The final bastion for ordinary people against arbitrary power is the Supreme Court.

There is something perverse about the politicians wanting to interfere with the salaries of the judges. The political arm of the State has put an obligation on the people of at least one hundred million euros.

Why not ask the Supreme Court: “Did the political arm of the State have the right to subject us to that kind of servitude from their lack of judgment?” The Supreme Court has demonstrated over the years that it has integrity, what about the politicians? – Yours, etc,
