Madam, - Frank McDonald's observation that Dublin Port should be relocated is welcome (Opinion and Analysis, April 15th) - and it points up some obvious questions.
To what limit should Dublin Port be allowed to expand anyway? How long might it take to reach that limit? What should be done when it reaches it? And ultimately, why not make plans now to relocate the port as soon as possible, as has been often suggested, and thereby take a tremendous amount of the heat out of Dublin's transport and housing crises? - Yours, etc,
