Madam, - Is there nothing the GAA can do to ensure that more respect is shown to Amhrán na bhFiann? Weekend after weekend boorish fans begin applauding and sounding horns before the band has finished the National Anthem. Why not make an appeal before the band strikes up, encouraging patrons to be more patriotic and render unto Amhrán na bhFiann the respect that is due. - Yours, etc,
