Responding to flooding crisis

Sir, – On reading "Storm Desmond to cost State millions, says Minister" (December 16th), I saw the flying of a Government "kite" regarding a possible levy on policyholders to compensate flood victims for property damage. If the Coalition thinks that it can shift responsibility to the already over-levied public, then it can kiss goodbye to my vote in the upcoming election. – Yours, etc,
