Sir, - I am glad Michael O'Leary of Ryanair (January 31st) is not head of Bord Fáilte.
His unfriendly consumer policies of which I and quite a few others were the victims (e.g. a hundred passengers stranded at Manchester Airport because Michael and company wouldn't pay the landing fees) - and which places profit and greed ahead of all else - would destroy the industry.
Give me the human face of Aer Lingus any time. - Yours, etc.,
